1. Who we are

Raindance AI at airaindance.net is operated by Kristen, an individual based in mainland China. For questions about this policy or your personal information, contact support@airaindance.net.

2. Information we process

We process the account information needed to sign you in, your purchases and available video allowances, and the photos you submit for generation. We also process generated videos, task identifiers, task status, file expiry information, and the information you include in support emails.

Our service and infrastructure may record technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as request times, IP addresses, browser information and error logs. Sign-in and tracking details are below.

Account and sign-in information: You can create an account with an email address and password, or sign in with Google when available. Email passwords are stored as secure hashes, not as readable passwords. We use your email to verify your account, send password-reset messages and contact you about your account and purchases. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We do not receive your Google password.

Analytics or other optional tracking: none. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this website. We may use Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools to verify the site and see aggregate search performance; this does not place trackers on your device.

3. Why we use this information

We use information to provide account access, process purchases, generate and deliver requested videos, maintain your available balance, check content, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures and handle support or refunds. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on the basis appropriate to the activity: performing our agreement with you, meeting legal obligations, protecting legitimate security and operational interests, or consent where required. Optional tracking or marketing is not a condition of purchasing a video. If you request a feature-availability notification, we store your email and the feature you selected to send that notification. This is separate from marketing subscriptions; contact support@airaindance.net to withdraw your request.

4. Services that help us operate

Kie.ai processes generation requests using Seedance 2.0, including the photos and reference material needed for a requested video. Replicate processes uploaded photos for our NSFW checks. Vercel hosts the website and its servers. Supabase hosts our database. Cloudflare provides storage for uploaded photos and finished files and routes email sent to our support address. Waffo Pancake handles checkout and payment processing; we receive transaction and payment-status information rather than storing full payment-card details on our servers.

Google handles sign-in as described above. We are based in mainland China. Our infrastructure and processing providers may handle information outside your country of residence. Processing locations and retention depend on the provider and the service used; providers may also have their own privacy terms.

We may disclose information when required by applicable law or when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect security or respond to a valid rights complaint. We do not display your private uploads or generated results in a public gallery.

5. File access and storage

Uploaded photos stop being accessible through our service 14 days after upload. Finished videos disappear from My videos and can no longer be played or downloaded 14 days after delivery. Expiry limits access; it does not mean the underlying files have been physically deleted at that moment. After access expires, files may remain in private storage. You can request deletion by contacting support@airaindance.net. Deleting your account also deletes your uploaded photos and generated videos from our storage.

Download your video before it expires. Expiry does not restore a used video allowance, delete a copy already downloaded by someone, or automatically remove an independently retained provider copy. Account and transaction records are separate from media files and may need to remain available for support, security or legal obligations.

You can delete your account from My videos. Deletion removes your sign-in identity and our stored photos and videos. Necessary transaction and credit records may be retained for accounting, refunds, disputes and legal obligations, linked to a closed account record. Deletion does not remove copies you have downloaded or shared, or independently retained provider copies. If a task is still processing, wait for it to finish or contact support@airaindance.net for help. If file cleanup fails, deletion is not confirmed; you can retry or contact support.

Order, payment and refund records: kept for as long as needed for accounting, tax, dispute resolution and legal obligations. There is no fixed automatic deletion period.

Task, moderation and security logs: kept for as long as needed to operate and secure the service and resolve disputes. There is no fixed automatic deletion period.

6. Cookies and local storage

Essential session storage supports sign-in and the purchase and creation workflow. A temporary photo draft may be retained on your device to restore your selection after sign-in or checkout; it is cleared after transfer to the generation workflow or when you clear the draft. You can also clear browser storage, which may remove a draft or sign you out.

We do not use optional analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so there is nothing to opt out of. If we add any, we will update this policy first and provide any consent controls required by law.

7. Training, marketing and other secondary uses

We do not use your private photos or generated videos for model training, advertising, marketing or promotional examples. We do not publish them as public cases, share them for those purposes or sell your personal data. We only send the material needed to providers that process your requested video, run safety checks, store files or support the service, as described above.

8. Your choices and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your information, restrict or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing depends on it. Contact support@airaindance.net to make a request or complain about how your information is handled. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Legal recordkeeping requirements may limit what we can delete. We will handle requests within applicable legal time limits; you may also have a right to contact a relevant data-protection authority.

9. Age eligibility and security

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. Do not upload photos depicting minors. If you believe prohibited information about a child has been submitted, contact support@airaindance.net.

We restrict access to private files and use authenticated access for saved videos. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Do not email passwords or full payment-card details to support.

10. Changes and contact

We will update the date above when this policy changes and provide notice of material changes as required. Contact support@airaindance.net for privacy questions, deletion requests or concerns.
