Terms of Service

1. Operator and agreement

These Terms govern your use of Raindance AI at airaindance.net, operated by Kristen, an individual based in mainland China. Contact support@airaindance.net with service or billing questions.

Review these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refunds & support policy before using the service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. Do not upload photos depicting minors.

2. What the service provides

Raindance AI generates a video from two uploaded portraits using a preset template. Photo 1 supplies the person for the singing role and Photo 2 supplies the person for the second role shown in the example. The current format is approximately 14 seconds, generated at 480p, with the template’s frame shape and no audio track. You cannot choose another scene sequence or supply your own prompt in this version.

Generation uses Seedance 2.0 through Kie.ai. Results are AI-generated and may vary in likeness, detail and movement. We do not promise an exact match to the example or a fixed completion time. Model or infrastructure availability may affect processing. The example is a guide to the format and style, not a guarantee for every input.

3. Accounts and purchases

Sign in to purchase and use video allowances. Keep your account secure and contact us if you believe it has been accessed without permission. Purchases and generated tasks are associated with your account.

Video packs are one-time purchases: $9.90 USD for one video, $24.90 USD for three, or $49.90 USD for seven. The listed prices include applicable taxes; the final amount charged is shown at checkout. There is no subscription, automatic renewal or free generation trial. Purchased allowances are valid for 365 days from purchase. Payment is processed through Waffo Pancake.

One available allowance is reserved when a generation task starts and used when the result is ready to deliver. A technical failure returns that same allowance, valid until the later of its original expiry or seven days after it is returned. This extension applies only to the returned allowance, not to other allowances in your account. A task that is still processing is not treated as a failed task. Refunds, including unused allowances in a partially used pack, are described in Refunds & support.

4. Delivery and file access

Finished videos appear in My videos for 14 days after delivery. Download them within that period; after expiry they no longer appear in My videos or remain playable or downloadable through our service. Uploaded photos stop being accessible through our service 14 days after upload. Expiry of a delivered video does not create another generation allowance. Expiry does not necessarily mean immediate physical deletion; see Privacy for storage and provider-processing details. You can delete your account from My videos to remove your uploaded photos and generated videos from our storage. Wait for active tasks to finish, or contact support. Account deletion ends access to unused allowances and does not itself request a payment refund; contact support first about any billing issue. Necessary transaction records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Your photos and rights

You must have the right to use each photo and permission from each person depicted to use it for the requested AI-generated video. A person’s consent does not replace permission from a photographer or another rights holder. Do not upload someone else’s photo without the necessary permission.

You authorize us and the processing providers we use to handle your submitted material as needed to generate, check, store and deliver your requested result. This does not transfer ownership of your original photos to us. We do not use your private photos or generated videos for training, advertising, marketing or public examples, as described in our Privacy Policy.

AI output may not qualify for exclusive copyright protection and may resemble other output. We do not guarantee that every generated result is free of third-party rights. Any commercial use must be consistent with applicable rights, platform rules and the model-provider terms applicable to the service; we do not grant rights to the original song, music video, artist identity or third-party materials.

6. Acceptable use

The following content and uses are prohibited:

• Pornographic, nude, sexual or other NSFW content.
• Graphic violence, gore or content promoting harm.
• Hateful or discriminatory content targeting people or groups.
• Child sexual abuse material, sexualization of minors or other child-unsafe content.
• Deepfakes, deceptive impersonation, unauthorized identity use, fabricated endorsements or misleading representations of a real person’s statements or actions. Consent does not permit a use prohibited by applicable law or our payment-provider requirements.
• Copyright or trademark infringement, including unauthorized use of protected fictional characters, brands or other protected material.

Do not upload celebrity photos. Do not use the service for harassment, fraud or other illegal activity, or attempt to bypass content checks, account controls or payment limits. Permission to use a photo does not override these restrictions.

We use automated NSFW checks on uploaded images before generation. Generated videos are not automatically checked in the current version. These are limited checks, not a guarantee that every prohibited category will be detected. We may block a request or withhold a result that does not pass checks. Report suspected violations or an incorrect block to support@airaindance.net, with the relevant task ID and a description. We review reports and may remove content or restrict service access where appropriate. Enforcement must respect applicable law and any refund rights.

7. Music, sharing and independence

Downloads are silent. If you add music when posting, you are responsible for selecting audio you are permitted to use and following the destination platform’s rules, including applicable AI-content disclosure requirements. Raindance AI is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the artists, their labels, TikTok or Instagram.

8. Support, refunds and service changes

If you have trouble with a task or are unhappy with a delivered result, contact support@airaindance.net. Include your account email and task or order ID. Our Refunds & support policy explains the 14-day refund application window and unused-allowance refunds. We do not require you to give up rights provided by applicable consumer law.

We may limit or end access for misuse, security threats or legal reasons. Account restriction does not by itself decide whether a refund is due. We may change the service or these Terms and will give notice where required; changes do not remove rights that already apply to an existing purchase.

9. Liability and contact

We are responsible for the service as required by applicable law. AI variability does not remove obligations to deliver the service described at purchase. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
